Dinah Rokhinson

About Me

Dinah Rokhinson is an award winning director, actor, writer, producer, and overall multi-hyphenate based in NYC.

While juggling a variety of projects at once, she tapped into her passion for producing work that touches the raw complexity of the human condition. Her focus is building live, filmed, immersive, and participatory performances that serve empathy and spark discussion. Her goal is to support the cross-cultural exchange of creative ideas and uplift the relevance of the arts to today’s audience.

Trained in performance, producing, and stage management (NYU, Interlochen), she took her skilled empathetic leadership and expertise in entertainment business into a freelance career in performing, stage managing, social media management, producing and directing.  Following her internship at the International Society for the Performing Arts, she applied her producorial skills to the founding of Garden Level Theatre Co, a grassroots arts laboratory for emerging artists.

Her latest endeavors include completing the Emerging Leaders Generalist Fellowship at Ars Nova with focuses in Development and General Management, and following her directorial in the film “Impression” as it continues to screen in various film festivals across America.
